Corsican honey of the spring macchia 500g. It is amber, with a delicate taste of caramel or cocoa and the scents of liquorice or "coconut".

Resulting from spontaneous flowering on vast stretches of scrubland, from the coast to the mountains throughout the spring. The white heather associated with rosemary, sea lavender and various brooms is particularly evident.
